				The Career Success Academy (CSA) provides personal, one-on-one counseling to students beginning their freshman year and continuing through graduation.





				CSA helps students with what they need to do to achieve their career goals: • Identify a career • Investigate the jobs related to their career choice • Learn valuable life skills • Gain meaningful experience • Talk with a mentor who is working in their chosen field • Find a job • Manage finances • Make the transition into a career • Utilize the skills of a career coach
